Air Fryer Frozen Potstickers (Gyoza or Dumplings)
Perfect for appetizers or snacks, these Air Fryer Frozen Potstickers (Gyoza or Dumplings) will surely become a family favorite. Deliciously filling in every bite --- and ready for serving in a flash!
- 12 pcs frozen dumplings (potstickers or gyoza)
- 1 to 2 tsp oil
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (375°F) for 5 minutes.
Take the frozen potstickers directly out of the freezer and lightly brush them with oil.
Once your air fryer is ready, arrange the frozen gyoza in the basket, making sure you keep some space between each dumpling.
Cook for about 3 minutes.
Turn all the potstickers to the other side using a tong with silicone.
Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer your air fryer frozen dumplings into plates.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Cook's Tip #1: Remember to preheat your air fryer. It makes a noticeable difference in the air-fried potstickers.
Cook's Tip #2: Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to cook the frozen gyoza in batches.
