  • 12 pcs frozen dumplings (potstickers or gyoza)
  • 1 to 2 tsp oil

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (375°F) for 5 minutes.
  • Take the frozen potstickers directly out of the freezer and lightly brush them with oil.
  • Once your air fryer is ready, arrange the frozen gyoza in the basket, making sure you keep some space between each dumpling.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Turn all the potstickers to the other side using a tong with silicone.
  • Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Transfer your air fryer frozen dumplings into plates.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Cook's Tip #1:  Remember to preheat your air fryer.  It makes a noticeable difference in the air-fried potstickers.
  • Cook's Tip #2:  Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to cook the frozen gyoza in batches.
  • Cook's Tip# 3:  Make sure you don't thaw your frozen dumplings.  Take it out of the freezer only when ready to cook it.
  • Cook's Tip #4:  Don't forget to keep some space between each potsticker when you place them in the basket --- it helps in browning them on all sides, especially the crispy edges.
