- 12 pcs frozen dumplings (potstickers or gyoza)
- 1 to 2 tsp oil
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (375°F) for 5 minutes.
Take the frozen potstickers directly out of the freezer and lightly brush them with oil.
Once your air fryer is ready, arrange the frozen gyoza in the basket, making sure you keep some space between each dumpling.
Cook for about 3 minutes.
Turn all the potstickers to the other side using a tong with silicone.
Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer your air fryer frozen dumplings into plates.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
