    Ingredients

All the ingredients you need to prepare air fryer frozen potstickers at home.
    • Frozen potstickers - can also refer to gyoza or dumplings, straight out of the freezer, not thawed.
    • Oil - canola oil, sunflower, peanut oil, or even olive oil is excellent for frozen dumplings in air fryer.

Use a pastry brush to coat the frozen potstickers very lightly with oil --- it helps make their edges crunchy and gives them a deeper, golden color once cooked.
