My name is Neriz, and this food blog is one of my stress-relievers — a hobby.  

You see, I work full-time as a project manager in a Swedish bank.  So, yep, TONS of stress there, but cooking and my love of food balances all that.

Here I will share with you all the recipes that I prepare at home.  

Depending on the season, the ingredients are what I generally find in our local supermarket.  If it’s a hard-to-find ingredient, I promise that I will provide an excellent alternative for you. 

You won’t find a lot of traditional recipes here. However, if you are looking for those, then you should check out my other blog (Food and Journeys).

Instead, what you have here is a fusion of cuisines, a bit of this, a bit of that. But, so what? As long as a result is a delicious dish on a plate, right?

So, take a look around.  I hope that you would find some favorites that would also turn out to be regulars in your own home.
