Use a large pan to heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Once it's ready, add shallots and cook until they turned soft.
Add mushrooms and mix.
Cover pan with a lid and cook until the mushrooms are halfway cooked.
Adjust heat to medium, then add asparagus, salt, pepper, and dried parsley.
Mix, cover, and cook until the asparagus are almost cooked.
Add cream and mix.
Cover and let everything simmer for about two minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning by adding salt and pepper.
Add the separately cooked pasta, then mix to combine.
Take the pan off the heat and transfer asparagus mushroom pasta into plates.
Serve, with some grated parmesan, or chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
