- 113 grams butter (1 stick), softened
- 25 grams parsley (about 1/4 cup, heaping)
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and ground black pepper, to season
Combine the softened butter with the chopped parsley, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper.
Mix everything evenly. Taste and adjust as preferred (by adding salt, pepper, and more lemon juice).
Transfer your seasoned butter with parsley on top of a plastic wrap.
Roll and form into a log, then tie the ends tightly.
Store in the refrigerator for at least thirty minutes or until the log has solidified.
