Combine the yeast with warm water, then set aside until it's foamy.
While waiting, mix flour and salt in a separate mixing bowl.
Once the yeast is ready, add it to the bowl, together with yogurt and olive oil.
Mix, then once a dough starts to form, transfer it to a flat surface and knead until you get a smooth texture.
Form the dough into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside until it has doubled in size (this typically takes 60 to 90 minutes).
Deflate by punching it in the center and divide it into six portions.
Shape each portion into a ball and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Use a sharp knife to make a criss-cross cut on top of each bun.
Cover it again with a kitchen towel and set aside until they become puffy, which typically takes 30 to 45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (375°F).
When the oven is ready, uncover the yogurt buns and place them in the center of the oven for about 30 minutes, or until they start to turn golden.
Remove the tray from the oven and transfer the buns to a rack to cool. Then, serve!
